Cesar Moya

CEO

Mr. Moya has more than 20 years of diverse business experience. He has acted as both a principal and advisor on multiple transactions involving debt and equity financings, acquisitions, and corporate restructurings across various industries, including healthcare, life sciences, medical devices, information technology, internet and software. Prior to establishing Allied Pacific, Mr. Moya was Managing Director of Offerboard Securities, an equity securities private placement platform for small and emerging companies that leverages the experience, history and reputation of the Australian Small Scale Offerings Board (ASSOB), a small securities offerings platform established in 2005. Prior to Offerboard, Mr. Moya was the founder and Antaeus Capital, a boutique investment bank based in Los Angeles with offices in Shanghai, PRC. While at Antaeus Capital, Mr. Moya led and executed financing transactions totaling over $200MM, primarily in the healthcare and life science industries. He has been an exclusive advisor on various complex business financing transactions, including US-China cross-border mergers & acquisitions. Previously , Mr. Moya was a Sr. Associate at West Park Capital, boutique investment bank in Los Angeles.
